Service Engineer (m/f/x)

• Carrying out servicing at customers’ premises and remotely, including diagnosing and trouble shooting in industrial machinery and installations, repairing and replacing parts, maintaining machinery and equipment, and performing preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Commissioning equipment and implementing technical systems.
• Keeping machinery operational, improving machinery performance and ensuring that equipment achieves its specified output.
• Training customers’ personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Providing technical support and advice on parts selection, modernisation and technical solutions.
• Documenting completed work, including preparing service reports, calibration records, quality reports and expense reports using modern digital tools.
• Working closely with an international team.

• A technical qualification, preferably in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, engineering, electronics or automation.
• Experience in a similar position, such as Service Engineer/Technician or Maintenance Specialist/Manager in industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical documentation.
• Proficiency in Polish
• Good skills in English.

• Ability to work independently, excellent organisational skills, self-discipline and a accountability
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Commitment and a willingness to learn and develop.
